A spicy protein packed healthy treat! 

We slowly braise yellow lentils with onion, carrots, celery and leek along with plenty of spices - cumin, ginger and coriander to name a few. Once this mix is cooked down into a tasty daal we spoon it into pie cases and cover with puff pastry. 

Enjoy alone or with steamed green vegetables and mash potato 

Serves 2



Place in a fan force oven at 180°c for 20 minutes or until heated all the way through

Remove the foil and bake for a further 5 to 7 minutes until top pastry is golden.

Packaged in tin foil trays which are recyclable after being rinsed.
