Lamb shoulder, tomato, smoked paprika, ras el hanout spice, preserved lemon, coriander, apricot, lemon, spinach, carrot, onion and capsicum.

Reheating Instructions 
Microwave: empty contents into microwave-safe container, place on high for 3 minutes.
Oven: remove container from plastic sleeve and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
